Kathleen Patterson is Professor and Director of the Doctoral Program in the School of Business and Leadership at Regent University, USA. She is a noted expert on servant leadership. Bruce E. Winston is Professor of Business and Leadership at Regent University, USA. He previously served as Dean of the School of Leadership Studies.
