520 $a This thesis will provide an analysis of a projected undergraduate Body Knowledge program for dance in an Israeli university. Nineteen dance programs in American universities were studied, as well as the two existing Israeli undergraduate dance programs at Seminar Hakibutzim and the Jerusalem Rubin Academy. In addition, major Somatic systems in the United States, and their use in dance were reviewed. The integration of Somatics into the American Body Knowledge courses was analyzed.
