Educational evaluation at a post-secondary level is a topic that merits attention. This study inquires how blended evaluation methods combined with effective leadership can promote successful learning outcomes at St. Lawrence College. The rationale to explore this subject is partly inspired by contemporary evidence on learning which points to the significance of students' active involvement with higher education evaluation preferences. This major project explores a balanced and accountable relationship between the learner and educator with particular attention to the culture of adult education. By providing educators with learner generated recommendations ultimately, the goal of the research is to amplify the vitality of adult education.
