The study examines the relationship between organizational trust and organizational commitment in the workforce. The Organizational Trust Inventory (OTI) (Cummings & Bromiley, 1996) assesses organizational trust. Organizational commitment (Meyer & Allen, 1991) is measured by the Organizational Commitment Scales (OCS). A demographic characteristic questionnaire is also included in the survey instrument.
