The purpose of this study was to investigate the concern for health and safety of organizational members within the leaders' visions in Taiwanese physical fitness organizations. This research may provide help for the leadership of Taiwan's fitness organization in understanding how to build a safe and healthy environment for their organizational members. The participants, 50 fitness organizational owners/managers, Taipei, Taiwan were randomly selected. In this study, descriptive statistics were used as a way of summarizing and aggregating results from a research survey and the data were described in narrative style. Because the qualitative methodology requires triangulation, there were three data sources in this study, including survey results, observations, and interviews. The results of this research indicated that most Taiwanese fitness organizational leaders lacked vision in the provision of measures that respond to reasonably foreseeable emergencies that threaten the safety of its users and they also lacked vision in providing credible, professional supervision of facilities and programs in the fitness centers. The result indicated that signage in their facilities and regulations that apply to facilities in Taiwanese fitness organizations may also be a problem.
