520 $a Three events were selected as being representative of diverse cultural professional backgrounds. Responses to the process, and the results achieved, were questioned and compared with the emerging trends and future directions in the business community.
520 $a Change seems to be the only constant as we struggle to give sense and meaning to our lives. Too many people report the sense of hopelessness that often accompanies professional success; the price too often being empty relationships, broken families, lack of purpose and meaning, with the accompanying energy drain, apathy and resignation.
520 $a The methodological process used in this study is heuristic and uses interpretive interactionism as a mode of qualitative research. The reporting process of this thesis is designed to preserve the originality and authenticity of the subjective data, at the same time providing a synthesis of the experiences of all participants, including myself and those individuals who witnessed the process, and in some instances a finished creative product.
