While 'union organising' has developed over time and in many different environments, and has begun to help the renewal of labour unionism, it has become apparent that it also has a number of different aspects which are problematic. Evaluating the efficacy of the union organising in terms of union strategies, tactics, styles and resources this title outlines a number of suggestions and strategies for improving these deficiencies so that labour unions can once again provide an influential voice for workers in the workplace and in society.
