The issue of youth and young adults' homelessness demanded sustainable solutions developed by community members because it was both persistent and complex (Akanle, 2022). This dissertation proposed developing a new program that empowered homeless youth and young adults at the TenderLove Community Center (TLCC). The program focused on empowerment and stability to achieve long-term success. The research evaluated current intervention frameworks for youth and young adults' homelessness. It combined proven practices to create a program targeting housing solutions alongside job training, mental health, and life skills support. The dissertation demonstrated how community partnerships and policy advocacy efforts increased resources and opportunities available for vulnerable youth populations. The new program development model established a scalable and replicable method to aid homeless youth and young adults by extending beyond immediate assistance to create lasting empowerment. This study offered meaningful input to social work and youth development by presenting a structured framework for fighting youth homelessness through sustainable solutions focused on community engagement. A PowerPoint presentation was created to introduce the proposed program to the board of directors at the TenderLove Community Center.
