In contemporary workplaces, introverted employees often face unique challenges that can hinder their contribution and integration. This doctoral project adapts Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems theory to develop the Organizational Personality Systems Model (OPSM), a novel framework designed specifically to enhance the integration of introverts into dynamic organizational settings. The OPSM synthesizes concepts from personality psychology, systems theory, and organizational behavior to offer a practical and flexible method for fostering supportive work environments. By incorporating change management strategies, the model not only facilitates the seamless integration of introverts but also serves broader organizational goals by fostering a more harmonious, productive, and effective culture. Although the OPSM focuses on introverts, its principles are adaptable to various personality types, enhancing its utility and relevance across a wide-range of organizational contexts.
