Digital literacy is an essential skill in hospitality and has become even more relevant as technology has revolutionized our ability to enhance work efficiency and optimize service delivery. This study explores the relationship between digital literacy training, technology readiness, and technology adoption among hospitality employees, focusing on how training influences perceived ease of use, usefulness, confidence, and comfort in using digital tools. The study uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to show that technology readiness impacts how training affects these outcomes, demonstrating the importance of structured digital literacy training. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology and the Technology Acceptance Model have been studied across different sectors, but limited research has been conducted on their application in the hospitality industry, specifically in the context of hotel housekeeping.Using these models, this study offers new perspectives on the impact of digital literacy on technology adoption among hotel housekeepers. The findings show that tailored digital training programs enhance employees' ability to adopt and interact with digital tools, improving their perceived job readiness. Future research could explore the long-term effects of digital literacy training and examine industry-wide differences in technology adoption.
