No senior citizen should be left behind in using mobile banking since this technology is important to our society. The problem was senior citizens' willingness to use mobile banking apps. The purpose of this quantitative multiple regression study was to measure what, if any, relationship existed between perceptions of usefulness, ease of use, credibility, behavior intention, and the willingness of seniors to use mobile banking apps. In this research, the technology acceptance model was the conceptual framework. Data were collected from surveys and analyzed. The relationship between four independent variables and one dependent variable was examined. The targeted population was senior citizens who were 50 years or older in the United States. The research question asked: What, if any, is the relationship between perceptions of usefulness, ease of use, credibility, behavioral intentions, and the willingness of seniors to use mobile banking apps? The null hypothesis stated there is no significant relationship between perceptions of usefulness, ease of use, credibility, behavioral intentions, and the willingness of seniors to use mobile banking apps. The alternative stated that there is a significant relationship. The null hypothesis was rejected because the p-value was < .000. There was a significant relationship between the variables. The study revealed that younger seniors aged 50-70 were comfortable using mobile banking apps, and older seniors over 71 years of age were not comfortable using mobile banking apps. Future research should focus on older seniors and their lack of trust in mobile banking.
