A three-tunnel intra-universe spacetime wormhole with a simple metric tensor is described by a simple injective map without coordinate patching. The three tunnels with six mouths are arranged around a common center and satisfy topological and geometric definitions of spacetime wormholes. The non-thin-shell, non-spherically-symmetrical 3-tunnel spacetime wormhole is geometrically constructed by spherically inverting a 3-torus and placing the resulting Dupin hypercyclide in a synchronous reference frame. Asserting this metric tensor as an exact solution of Einstein's field equations generates a diagonal stress-energy tensor and sparse curvature tensors in global coordinates. Geodesic paths through each tunnel encounter negative energy density. The spatial manifold is a trivariate Dupin hypercyclide. The spherically inverted equal-radii 3-torus and is unbounded, asymptotically flat, and admits a global isothermal coordinate system which further simplifies the curvature tensors. This results in a method for simpler mathematical modeling of single-tunnel and multi-tunnel spacetime wormholes.
