This study investigates the impact of comprehensive school counseling services on students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional outcomes. The research explores the relationships between counseling services and student success using quantitative research methods, including Pearson's r correlations, Spearman's rho, and one-way ANOVAs. The literature review highlights the importance of resiliency, self-efficacy, and multitiered systems of support (MTSS) in fostering positive outcomes. Findings emphasize the need for ongoing professional development for counselors and collaboration with teachers. Results suggest that frequent engagement in school counseling positively influences diverse student populations. The study advocates for reducing non-essential duties for counselors to prioritize direct student interventions, supporting their roles as mental health advocates and educational leaders. Future research should explore strategies for enhancing counselor-teacher collaboration.
