This project provides an understanding of the effectiveness of the national-level mentorship programs in enhancing knowledge of the local-level mentorship program. In the assessment and comparison between the national-level and the local-level mentorship programs, the research exposed some national-level standard criteria for effective mentorship programs. The study also assessed mentorship programs in three specific areas: leadership, discipleship, and mentorship, from a theological perspective. As a result of collecting the standard national-level mentorship program criteria for an effective mentorship program, the local-level mentorship programs will enhance their effectiveness in their mentorship programs for people who require mentorship guidance to accomplish success in their life's journey.
