This basic qualitative interpretive study explores how Cambodian Muslims perceive the impact of international holistic mission (IHM) in Cambodia. Though research on the IHM's impact on Buddhist Cambodians exists, little is known about its impact on Cambodian Muslims. The study seeks to understand Cambodian Muslims' well-being and conversion through the IHM's efforts. A framework for well-being (Stoewen, 2017) and a framework for conversion process (Rambo, 1993) provide essential structures for exploring participants' well-being and Christian conversion as presented in the literature review. Data collection included semi-structured interviews with 13 Muslim participants in Cambodia and data was analyzed through modified constant comparative methods. The key findings were: (a) Cambodian Muslims overcame multiple well-being barriers; (b) IHM helped to remove well-being barriers for Cambodian Muslims; and (c) IHM agents who integrate well-being and evangelism produced positive perceptions and outcomes.
