In recent years, with the rapid advancement of technology and innovation, various products and technologies require the use of IC integrated circuits. While the IC design and IC manufacturing industries are developing, wafer manufacturing is also constantly evolving. Due to the long-term investment in wafer manufacturing, Taiwan has now become the leader of the world's wafer manufacturing technology; and is also closely related to global industrial manufacturing.The raw materials and supply chains of wafer fabrication also directly affect the capability and efficiency of the entire process. In the past, Japan and South Korea had problems with raw material supply due to political disputes. It is obvious that the integrity of the entire supply chain also affects wafer manufacturing. For a long time, Taiwan's wafer manufacturing had paid more attention to the manufacturing process and less attention to the equipment. To maintain the leading position in technology, Taiwan's manufacturers and the government have noticed the importance of the development of the equipment industry. In recent years, the government has also assisted the development of the semiconductor equipment industry, and the effect has become increasingly remarkable.Looking at the global political and economic situation, the competition between the United States and China has formed. China is a global manufacturing center and a major consumer of semiconductors. Because of the increasingly fierce competition, the United States has begun to build industrial barriers, which also makes it necessary for China to establish its own supply chain and manufacturing system. The semiconductor equipment industry is also an industry that China has invested heavily in recent years, and Taiwan should also pay attention to its development.Taiwan's semiconductor development process started with manufacturing, followed by the IC design, and then developed the semiconductor equipment industry. Although Taiwan began to develop the equipment industry relatively late, Taiwan has a long history and technology in the precision machining industry, of which the technical part can be achieved. With the development of the entire industry, the semiconductor equipment industry has become increasingly important to Taiwan's industrial chain, and it is also one of the important indicator industries for the development of Taiwan's manufacturing industry in recent years.Given the importance of the semiconductor equipment industry, especially about the international to domestic environment of this industry, SWOT analysis is used to analyze the competitiveness. The business model canvas approach is also used to analyze the strategies available to Taiwan's manufacturers. In addition, PEST analysis allows us to understand the position and situation of Taiwan in this industry. Finally, I especially conducted in-depth interviews and strategic analysis of several benchmark companies in the market, hoping to be helpful to Taiwan's semiconductor equipment industry.Keywords: semiconductor equipment, SWOT analysis, business model canvas, PEST analysis, equipment manufacturing.

520 $a 近年來各種科技日新月異，突破創新之際，各樣產品及技術都需要用到IC積體電路這個關鍵的零組件。IC設計和IC製造產業各自發展的同時，晶圓製造也不斷的進化與前進。台灣地區在晶圓製造因為長年的投注和進步，目前已執世界晶圓製造技術之牛耳，也與全球工業製造息息相關，形成了有晶片才能製造的特殊景象。晶圓製造的原物料和相關的供應鏈，也直接影響整個晶圓製造的能力與效率。過去日、韓就曾經因為政治爭端而引發原物料供應的牽制問題。顯見整個供應鏈的完整性，也牽動著晶圓製造的優勢。一直以來，台灣的晶圓製造都有重製程輕設備的現象。為了持續維持技術領先的地位，台灣業者和政府也注意到設備產業發展的重要性，近年也不斷協助半導體設備產業發展，成效也慢慢地顯見。全球的政經局勢，美國與中國兩強競爭局面已經形成。中國是全球的製造中心，自然也是半導體的消費大國。因為競爭日趨激烈，美國開始做產業的防堵，也讓中國勢必要建立起屬於自己的供應鏈和製造體系。半導體設備產業，也是中國近年大量投注的一個產業，台灣也要注意其發展和對應。台灣的半導體是以製造開始，接著有IC設計的產業，然後才發展半導體設備業。然而，台灣在精密加工產業有優良歷史和技術力，要跨進半導體設備的門檻，以技術部分而言是可以做到的。隨著整個半導體產業快速的發展，半導體設備產業對台灣的產業鏈漸形重要，也是近年台灣製造產業發展的重要指標產業之一。筆者有鑑於半導體設備業的重要性，擬分別就其於國外到國內的環境，以SWOT的手法來分析競爭力，也利用商業模式畫布來分析台灣廠商可使用的策略。另外，PEST可以讓我們了解台灣在設備產業所處的位置和形勢。最後，筆者也透過與幾個台灣標竿企業的深入訪談，執行策略分析，期望能對台灣的半導體設備產業能有所助益。關鍵詞：半導體設備、SWOT分析、商業模式九宮格分析、PEST分析、設備製造代工.
