Normally, semiconductor industry if want to fulfill customers' needs is "advanced technology "and "production yield", however, time pass by today, the China-United States trade war escalated and spillover effect to Taiwan semiconductor industry. Geopolitics makes semiconductor supply chain disconnection and rebuild. Recently, more and more paper is research about "geopolitics" and "supply chain resilience ".Therefore, in this study adopts qualitative research method and focus on semiconductor industry. To understand the semiconductor company how to reaction under geopolitics this big change. Due to semiconductor supply chain is complexed, the study target defined to 3 parts, (1) Upstream-IP /IC design company (2) Midstream-Semiconductor foundry (3) Downstream-package and testing plant.Sorted the qualitative researches of s geopolitics information, also supported by industry employee to verify. To realize the company strategy direction under dynamics and core value. Expect the study results can help company to build more excellence and resilience company.

520 $a 在原先半導體產業裡，為了符合客戶需求在技術上與生產良率需要共同滿足。但是隨著2019年美中零合賽局的開始，從貿易戰、科技戰、延伸到地緣政治，使得客戶對供應商選擇的考量點，不僅僅只在於規格與成本的評估，且國際間因美中大國不斷角逐世界霸主，擴大地緣政治的外溢效應，讓台灣的半導體產業受到外力波擊。同時，地緣政治又帶動各國對於國際貿易的重新反思，對於半導體產業高科技產品，需要多個供應鏈相互輔佐下，更加複雜；因此近期針對「地緣政治」、「供應鏈韌性」逐漸受到重視。本研究採用質性研究方法，以半導體產業為研究環境，探討因為地緣政治的影響下對產業的策略分析，但是因為半導體製程較為繁瑣，本研究將產業聚焦於台灣半導體業中的上游(IP與IC設計業)、中游(晶圓代工廠)、下游(封裝、測試廠)為主，透過次級資料分析及業界人士訪談中、分析、研究及發現半導體產業的策略與動向。本研究主要貢獻在於透過質性分析中，且透過業界訪談人士加以分析說明，理解且歸納出半導體企業針對地緣政治影響下，做出企業策略方向的的行為目的，並且建議研究者在未來國際情勢動上，不論產業或是企業在國際間是否有主導地位，但是地緣政治之於台灣及台灣企業來說，都是必需且清楚掌握的訊息，進而增強企業策略彈性及供應鏈應變彈性，唯有企業的韌性方可應對動盪中的國際局勢。.
