This qualitative case study investigates the encounters that stakeholder project/ product banking firm faces when trying to gain stakeholder feedback in agile product/ project management. Using strategic communication theory, and phenomenological methodology, research data was constructed through qualitative surveys, interviews, and NVivo analysis. This qualitative case study aims to investigate common stakeholder communication practices using an agile framework and tools at U.S.-based Wells Fargo Bank. To move teams away from the old style of project communication plans, there must be more knowledge shared with the business community regarding how to incorporate stakeholder and end-user feedback and communication loops in agile communications. How important is it for Wells Fargo stakeholders to leverage agile communication tools as a part of the agile methodology and what is the viability of using the agile communication platform? The research contributes to both the knowledge and practice of business administration with findings that there is a need for standardized and centralized communication methods within agile projects. This research aims to support and enhance product/project stakeholder communication platforms for the business community. In addition, there is a recommendation for future research in agile communication platforms and training.
