This research study addressed the problem of different utilization being deemed among the office worker and teleworkers. The specific problem addressed was the adverse effects of perceived telework employees by those employees who work from a centralized place in the Kenya Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, and Irrigation (KMALFI) in Nyanza Province, Kisumu County to inquire into the deem relationship amid the extent of technical support, the scope of social interaction, and the importance of efficiency in teleworking in the employee work environment. The findings from the study will provide helpful information for both organizations and employees to facilitate and identify barriers in programs associated with organizational telework. The theory that guided this research was the theory of constraint that addressed potential telework constraints in the utilization of relationships in the context of technical support perceived at the respondent level in telework and office, social interaction perceived differences, and telework efficiency observed in both telework and office. The research questions sought to examine the workplace relationship and understand the relationship between the workplace (telework or office) and the perceived level of telework technical support, social interaction, and efficiency. The researcher used a quantitative correlational technique to appraise the correlation between variables to get to the essential answer. Spearman's coefficient of ranking was used to analyze the statistical correspondence between variables. Through the electronic survey, the study's findings showed a high perceived constraint of employees who telework compared to those who work from the office. There was an estimation of a remarkable interdependence between overall approval of remote work and office (r=.387, p<.01), deemed perceived level of correspondence between social interaction and telework or office (r=.358, p<.05), and supposed level of telework efficiency and telework or office location (r=.521, p<.01).This result has potential implications for the business organization where an organization may opt for teleworking instead of a centralized (office) place. The recommendation from the study is that if the business decides to put employees in telework, organizations must clearly define each department's goals to achieve an organization's purpose. With future studies, that is essential to look at why some teleworker employees report experiencing isolation. In contrast, others don't because this study result suggested that in the workplace location, there is a different perception of social interaction and telework efficiency.
