The labor market in the United States has many people with disabilities, significantly contributing to the finance market. Several employers hesitate to hire people with disabilities because of their negative attitude during their initial contract. This study aimed to find the relationship between the employability of people with disabilities and employers' personalities, as well as the effect of working place diversity on the employability of disabilities. This study involved 100 participants and was conducted online via the Survey Monkey Audience tool. The survey contained four sections: Santilli instrument, Attitudes Toward Diversity Scale (ATDS), Big Five Inventory, and demographics information. The hireability scale measured employer attitude and consisted of 18 items on a six-point scale. The ATDS measured employers' attitudes towards workplace diversity and contained 30 items rated on a five-point Likert scale. The Big Five Inventory contained 30 items related to personality that were rated on a five-point Likert scale. The collected data was anonymously stored in an online database and analyzed initially using Microsoft Excel. Statistical analysis, including regression analysis, was done using SPSS version 27. A p-value < 0.05 was considered significant. This 83-questions online survey included 51% and 49% of males and females, respectively. The mean employability was 4.81 ± 0.77 (SD). The regression analysis revealed that openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism did not affect people with disabilities employability and the moderating effect of the employer's attitude towards workplace diversity. It is concluded that employers' attitude towards workplace diversity in the US needs to be improved to moderate disabilities' employability.
