Previously, he held various leadership roles in different companies for over 20 years. Prof. Christine Kuhn is a professor at the Institute for Human Resource Management and Organization at the FHNW School of Business. She teaches Human Resource Management in various undergraduate and continuing education programs. Before that, she worked for over 20 years in various leadership and HR consulting roles. She is also the founder and CEO of BEYOND Coaching GmbH and serves as a board member. The translation was done with the help of artificial intelligence.
