She has a teaching experience of over 18 years and her area of specialization is Human Resource Management, workplace spirituality, ethical leadership, etc. Her papers have been published in a wide array of reputed journals. Ashish K. Gupta is an Area Manager of Industry Affairs at ITC, Panchkula.
