Furthermore, the book draws on past predictions and promising trends in the future of Chinese architecture, thus offering a distinctive perspective on the history of Chinese architecture. Fuxu Shen, a native of Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, China, graduated from the Department of Architecture at Tongji University in 1963. He served as a professor and master's supervisor at Tongji University, where he had established the Shen Fuxu Research Studio.
