Thesis (Ph.D.)--Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, 2023.
God's elect will embody complete healing through the victorious work of Jesus Christ as they experience the final removal of disability within the resurrected state. God's people should hope for complete healing for three reasons. First, God promises to comprehensively heal the bodies of his elect through Jesus Christ. Second, Jesus began to fulfill God's promise of healing and will return to heal to the uttermost. Third, consummated healing must include the removal of all disabilities, or God's promises will have failed, and Christ's work was insufficient. God will heal his people ultimately for his glory and their unhindered joy.
