The research explored factors of rehabilitation for survivors sexual trafficking from the perspectives of their dedicated service providers. Survivors of all ages and diversity factors in the United States were found to be in need of more effective rehabilitation services, a global issue that has been impacted by: access to care, funding, legislation, and the professional competency of their advocates. The study engaged in seven ethical and semi-structured interviews that involved narrative inquiries as well as demographic considerations, which provided insight about the immediate and long-term rehabilitation needs for survivors of sexual trafficking and ideas for support. The study's theoretical framework was governed by a systemic perspective that encompassed: Vulnerability Theory, The Self-Trauma Model, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, and The McDonald Survival Sex Hierarchy. The interviews were securely conducted via the Zoom application or through a phone call. Regarding the safety of participants and adherence to academic integrity, the following considerations were applicable: the study was granted approval by Northcentral University's Institutional Review Board, participants were given an opportunity to review the Consent Letter to decide on inclusion for the study, encrypted e-mails enhanced security, the audit trail from the research was stored on password-protected devices, the autonomy of participants and those in the prospective sample was sincerely respected, and pseudonyms were assigned for increased anonymity. The interview data was coded through a manual thematic analysis. The research question identified the considerations that service providers for survivors of sexual trafficking viewed as the most pressing rehabilitation needs for those that they advocated on behalf of. These included: immediate safe housing (particularly for survivors with children), dietary needs, medical care, social support organizations that offer a range of services, and 24-hour outreach. Regarding long-term situations that were reported by the advocates, some of the areas of concern were: legal services, changing legislation, addressing sexual indiscretion, engaging in therapeutic intervention, and maintaining a network of support. Some ideas for support involved the following: considering trust issues, practicing self-care, enhancing public awareness, and developing new life opportunities.
