The problem addressed in this study was the accelerated changes to the business environment brought on by the COVID-19 global pandemic. Organizations had to adjust workspaces, reprioritize projects, and engage in new business channels. Rapid changes and business practices take time to implement, but the pandemic changed how organizations operate. Projects, priorities, and tasks had to be implemented unprecedently and with time constraints. The purpose of this qualitative, descriptive single-subject case study was to examine how an organization that provides in-person martial arts services helped customers handle the global pandemic. The design selected for this research was a single-site exploratory case study utilizing the unified theory of acceptance framework to help explore why organizations adopt the technology. The research utilized the entire population of 10 full-time employees of an organization that specializes in teaching martial arts. The data collection for this study was done through in-depth interviews. The researcher imported the data into NVivo. Once the data was imported into NVivo, the researcher organized the responses from each participant. The findings revealed that most participants have a wide perception of how the pandemic affected the organization. The transcripts indicated that Zoom was the software that saved the organization during the pandemic. The qualitative case study was conducted to answer five research questions about how the organizations helped their customers during the pandemic. This research found that migrating to cloud services and innovative offerings allowed the organization to adapt quickly to survive the organizational stress caused by the pandemic.{A0}{A0}
