This research paper is an analysis of Brooklyn Bridge Park, a waterfront urban green space hosting a plethora of human-centric programs. The aim of the paper is to analyze the development, history and planning process of the park. This analysis includes a design, sustainability and financial examination to understand the impact of the park on a micro and macro scale. Finally, the paper takes into consideration the Covid-19 pandemic and what alterations need to be made that would help in creating or adapting existing green spaces to suit the situation, amidst and post the pandemic.
