This book offers a new look at well-being from a multidisciplinary standpoint. Research from industry clearly indicates that factors such as creativity, critical awareness, well-being, interdisciplinary understanding of positive psychology, and the ability to form strong relationships will determine the viability of organizations as collectively we enter the second half of the twenty-first century.
