The practice and the concept of social enterprise has been studied extensively across the globe; however, the flourishing of nonprofit social enterprises has received little attention over the years, especially in Africa. This book provides a framework to help indigenous nonprofit social enterprises flourish. A flourishing organization is one that can sustain organizational operations in an environment in which employees find pleasant and fulfilling. The results and recommendations provide in this book come from a theoretically grounded quality study that identifies the factors influencing an organization.
