The purpose of this project Is to establish the value and understanding of missional church, and to develop individuals' abilities to strengthen the cooperative ministry between church and the mission fields. This project has been A fourteen-week program was provided to thirteen members of Seongsil Presbyterian Church. The results of the project implementation showed that there was a positive impact on raising participants' awareness of the missional church. Additionally, the qualitive analysis of individual interview after the project confirms that the participants' awareness of the missional church has been improved, and the value of the missional church has been established.
