The aim of this project is to present and propose a system to effectively pass on faith to the next generation as we face the prospect of declining Sunday Schools of up to 90% by 2030. In order to do so, 300 families who finished Tong Bible School along with members from the 21st Century Leader School were examined.The methods emphasized in Tong Bible School and 21st Century Leader School reflect the ways in the Bible. When the Israelites entered the Promised Land, Moses stressed the importance of teaching children with God's laws, and likewise, Joshua also told the people to pass on their faith and teach their children that "God is love."With this message at the core, this project conducted a study using three steps. The first was to theoretically examine what 'Tong Bible School with 300 households' and '21st Century Leader School' entails. The second was to explore how these programs were implemented in church. The third was to assess and review the outcome of the implementation.The main theoretical framework is Dr. Byoungho Zoh's Tong Bible School which unravels the whole Bible as one story through the cross of Jesus Christ. Tong Bible school starts from the age of 5 in each household and parents are to teach their children about a Kingdom of Priests, the five empires in the Bible, and the Kingdom of God. With this layout, a child is to grow up and attends 21st Century Leader School to be comprehensively educated thereon.Shin Hyung-Seop accounted failures in family worship and proposed others to find a method that works for each family for their family worship. Located in the countryside, Seosan Church has a 76-year history. In recent years, through Tong Bible School and Tong Bible Reading, church members of all ages have been working collectively to educate the next generation by building an education center before building a chapel for passing on faith to the next generation.The desired outcome is that Seosan Church's 300 Household Tong Bible School and 21st Century Leadership School will become a stepping stone for family worship, with the ultimate aim to ensure that faith is passed on to the next generation.

520 $a 2030년에는 주일학교의 90%가 사라질 것이라는 암울한 전망 앞에 다음 세대로 믿음의 대代 잇기를 통한 교회 부흥을 소망하며 본 논문은 '300 가정 통通성경학교'와 '21세기 리더 학교'를 효과적인 양육 체계로 제안하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다.'300 가정 통通성경학교'와 '21세기 리더 학교'는 성경이 강조하는 방법을 그대로 교회와 가정에서 실천하는 것이다. 모세는 약속의 땅 가나안에 들어 갈 만나세대를 향해 자녀들에게 하나님의 말씀을 부지런히 가르칠 것을 당부했고, 모세의 뒤를 이은 가나안 정복의 영웅 여호수아 역시 "하나님을 사랑하라"는 대 전제하에 자녀들에게 믿음의 대代 잇기를 강조했다. 이와 같은 목적에 따라 본 논문은 다음과 같이 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째, '300 가정 통通성경학교'와 '21세기 리더 학교'의 이론적 배경은 무엇이며, 둘째, '300 가정 통通성경학교'와 '21세기 리더 학교'는 교회에서 어떻게 진행되었는지, 그리고 셋째, '300 가정 통通성경학교'와 '21세기 리더 학교'를 실제로 교회에 적용한 결과는 어떠했는가?이론적 배경인 조병호의 통通성경을 통한 성경통독과 통通성경학교는 성경을 예수 십자가 One Story로 파악한다. 가정에서 5살 아이가 제사장 나라, 5대 제국, 하나님 나라에 대한 큰 그림을 부모에게서 이야기로 듣고, 교회에서 21세기 리더 학교를 통해 그 내용을 채운다. 동시에 통通성경학교를 통해 부모 교육에도 게을리 하지 않는다. 신형섭의 가정 예배 건축학은 가정 예배 실패 사례를 스스로 기록해 봄으로 각 가정에 맞는 가정 예배를 자녀들과 함께 세워가게 했다. 서산교회는 창립 76주년을 맞이하는 지방에 위치한 역사 깊은 교회다. 그러나 통通성경학교와 성경통독을 통해 나이에 상관하지 않고 다음 세대에 믿음의 대代 잇기에 한 마음으로 예배당 건축보다 교육관을 먼저 건축하여 다음 세대 교육에 매진하고 있다. 서산교회의 '300 가정 통通성경학교'와 '21세기 리더 학교'가 한국 교회 믿음의 가정마다 가정 예배가 든든히 세워지고, 다음 세대로 믿음의 대代 잇기에 하나의 징검다리가 되기를 기대해 본다.
