The purpose of this mixed-method study was to examine the effectiveness of a training program in increasing the servant leadership skills of biblically healthy church leaders among the Haitian Nazarene Pastors in the Capital City of Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. The quantitative phase of the study focused on determining if the mean scores of church leader in their servant leadership characteristics changed after participating in a training program. The qualitative phase of the study further expounded on how the training program changed the servant leadership behaviors of church leaders. The general population for this study included church pastors from Haiti. The target population comprised of pastors from Haitian Nazarene Pastors in the Capital City of Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. A sample of 15 pastors were selected to take part in the study, who participated in both the quantitative and qualitative phases of the study. Data were collected using the Servant Leadership Scale and semi-structured interview conducted through Zoom. Data were analyzed using t-test analysis for the quantitative data and thematic analysis for the qualitative data. The results indicated that the training program was effective in enhancing the servant leadership behaviors of pastoral leaders.
