UV completing a gravitational theory, unlike many non-gravitational effective field theories (EFTs), is expected to be highly restrictive. This insight is rooted in black hole physics, which imposes a universality in high-energy behavior. The Swampland program aims to identify anomaly-free EFTs that lack a gravitational UV completion. In this dissertation, we review a number of Swampland conjectures, their motivations, and their implications for low-energy theories. Our analysis will be divided into two main categories: implications for macrophysics (cosmological data) and implications for microphysics (particle physics data). Macroscopic data refers to cosmological evolution, while microscopic data include gauge symmetry and mass spectrum. By exploring the Swampland program, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of the profound connections between UV physics and its ramifications for EFTs in the low-energy regime.
