Having healthy eating habits is an important prevention method for protecting and maintaining health at every stage of life. Teachers and school settings have a significant impact on nutrition education, healthy eating, and the acquisition of good eating habits. In order to develop healthy lifelong habits, nutrition education should be provided from an early age. This study explores the advantages of including nutrition education in the preschool setting, current practices in this area, and educators' perspectives regarding nutrition programs. The findings could be used to create nutrition education curriculums or programs that support lifelong healthy eating habits.
