Promoting mental health wellness for deaf and hard-of-hearing students is highly needed and beneficial. This project aimed to design a mental health program, identify potential funding sources and complete a grant application to fund the proposed Hear to Listen program for No Limits for Deaf Children and Families non-profit organization. The proposed program consists of individual and group counseling, parent workshops, staff personnel training, social events, and community outreach. The program development was based on a thorough review of the literature. The submission or funding of this grant proposal was not required for successful project completion.
