Praktik dan kebijakan di bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia menjadi salah satu penentu suksesnya sebuah organisasi. Perkembangan terkini pada praktek dan kebijakan MSDM menyarankan pada pentingnya perhatian untuk menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Sehingga, konsep Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) menjadi topik yang masih perlu dikaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara variabel Green Human Resource Management (Green Competence Building Practices, Green Motivation Enhancing Practices, Green Employee Involvement Practices) dan variabel Organizational Culture Towards Green Environment dengan Environmental performance. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 100 dosen yang tersebar dari beberapa universitas di kota Tegal. Analisis data yang digunakan ada;ah Smart PLS 3.0 dengan menguji apakah terdapat hubungan langsung antar variabel. Berdasarkan penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung pada setiap variabel sehingga hipotesis 1 hingga hipotesis 7 diterima dimana variabel Green Competence Building Practice memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap Environmental Performance.

Practices and policies in the field of human resource management are one of the determinants of the success of an organization. Recent developments in HRM practices and policies suggest the importance of paying attention to environmental sustainability. Thus, the concept of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is a topic that still needs to be studied. This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between Green Human Resource Management variables (Green Competence Building Practices, Green Motivation Enhancing Practices, Green Employee Involvement Practices) and Organizational Culture Towards Green Environment variables with Environmental performance. Respondents in this study were 100 lecturers from several universities in the city of Tegal. The data analysis used is Smart PLS 3.0 by testing whether there is a direct relationship between variables. Based on this research, it was found that there is a direct effect on each variable so that hypotheses 1 to 7 are accepted where the Green Competence Building Practice variable has a large influence on Environmental Performance.
