The purpose of the current project is to establish the church community through discipleship based on the gospel to solve the crisis situation of non-face-to-face approaching through the upcoming 4th industrial revolution. In a situation where the communality of the church has been seriously threatened, the discipleship based on the gospel and further, the establishment of the community based on the discipleship are of necessity. The project investigated how a church community can be established through appropriate education and workshops for leaders of Ongoeul Disciples Baptist Church, and what kind of education effectively affects them. As a result of both quantitative and qualitative analyses, it was found that the biblical gospel and gospel-based discipleship showed significant impacts on the church community formation.
