This research seeks to help researchers understand the attitudes university students have towards second language classes. By identifying how students think and feel, educators and universities can better their curriculums, grow their programs, and spread the desire to learn languages. Ms. Bednar proposes that a Multiple Methods Approach to second language learning could improve student satisfaction, and therefore, retention and completion of second language programs.
