Bu calismada Doganci Baraj Golu'nden aritma tesisine 20 metre derinlikten Ocak 2018-Aralik 2018 tarihleri arasinda haftalik alinan orneklerde (ham su) bazi fiziko-kimyasal, ve agir metal analizleri ile fitoplankton sayimlari gerceklestirilmistir. Ham su ornekleri sehir sebekesine verilen temiz su (cikis suyu) ile fiziko-kimyasal acidan karsilastirilmistir. Bagimsiz orneklem t-testi sonucuna gore tesis cikis suyunda aritmadan sonra sodyum, klorur ve cozunmus oksijen degerlerinin anlamli sekilde artis gosterdigi, ozellikle bazi agir metallerin derisiminde ise anlamli azalma oldugu tespit edilmistir. Ham suda hangi cevresel degiskenlerin onemli oldugunu belirlemek icin aciklayici faktor analizi uygulanmistir. Analiz sonunda uc faktor yuku belirlenmis ve bu faktorler toplam varyansin % 79,66'sini aciklamistir. Ilk faktor yukunun havzanin jeolojik yapisi ile iliskili oldugu, ikinci ve ucuncu faktorlerin ise goldeki trofik seviye ve organik kirlilikle iliskili oldugu belirlenmistir. Insani Tuketim Amacli Sular Yonetmeligi'ne gore degerlendirme yapildiginda Doganci Baraj Golu suyunun icme suyu kalitesinde oldugu belirlenmistir. Fitoplankton sayimi sonucu ham suda 17 takson tespit edilmistir. Turler ile cevresel degiskenler arasindaki iliskiyi belirlemek icin redundancy analizi uygulanmistir. Analiz sonucunda su sicakligi (p=0,001; F=11,66), nitrat (p=0,001; F=4,93), toplam organik karbon (p=0,011; F=2,67) ve toplam alkalinitenin (p=0,014; F=2,52) anlamli oldugu tespit edilmistir. Ham suda en yogun ve neredeyse tum calisma donemi boyunca baskin turun Planktothrix rubescens oldugu tespit edilmistir. Yapilan siyanotoksin analizleri sonucunda baraj suyunda toksin tespit edilmemistir. Ancak Planktothrix rubescens'in toksin uretme potansiyeli olan tur olmasi nedeniyle surekli takip edilmesi gerektigi sonucuna varilmistir.

520 $a In this study, weekly water samples were taken from Doganci Dam Lake to the treatment plant from 20 meters depth of the reservoir between January 2018 and December 2018. Some physico-chemical, heavy metal analyzes and phytoplankton counts were made on the water samples. Raw water samples were compared with the clean water (output water) supplied to the city network in terms of physico-chemical variables. According to the independent sample t-test results, it was determined that sodium, chloride and dissolved oxygen values increased significantly in the effluent of the plant after treatment, and there was a significant decrease in the concentration of some heavy metals in particular. Explanatory factor analysis was applied to determine which environmental variables are important in raw water. At the end of the analysis, three factor loads were determined and these factors explained 79.66 % of the total variance. It was determined that the first factor load was related to the geological structure of the basin, while the second and third factors were related to the trophic level and organic pollution in the lake. When the evaluation is made according to the Regulation on Water Intended for Human Consumption, it has been determined that the water of the Doganci Dam Lake is of drinking water quality. As a result of the phytoplankton count, 17 taxa were determined in the raw water samples. Redundancy analysis was applied to determine the relationships between species and environmental variables. As a result of the analysis, water temperature (p=0.001; F=11.66), nitrate (p=0.001; F=4.93), total organic carbon (p=0.011; F=2.67) and total alkalinity ( p=0.014; F=2.52) was found to be significant. It was determined that Planktothrix rubescens was the most intense and dominant species in the raw water during almost the entire study period. As a result of the cyanotoxin analysis, no toxins were detected in the dam water. However, it was concluded that Planktothrix rubescens should be followed continuously because it has the potential to produce toxins.
