This project's central focus is the broken police mentality that was intensified with the death of Dr. King and the law and order election of President Richard Nixon in 1968. The projects aim is to get people's feelings about the historical brokenness of the law enforcement community and its personnel. Pertinent to the project is the introduction of a new approach to police reform that is focused on changing the mentality of the police and the church's involvement with that reform process.
