Por anos la inmigracion ha sido tema de interes. La inmigracion es la representacion de minorias culturalmente diferente que a su vez impactan la economia de los paises receptores. Estos movimientos han ocasionado cambios en la composicion demografica y economica de los paises pues reciben ciudadanos con actitudes, conocimiento e intenciones diferentes uno del otro. El proposito de esta investigacion es identificar los factores que influyen en la intencion de emprender de los inmigrantes utilizando como base teorica la teoria del comportamiento planificado, tomando en consideracion el ambiente regulatorio, cultura, influencia de otros inmigrantes, norma subjetiva, actitudes y factores motivacionales y control percibido del comportamiento. Esta investigacion es una cuantitativa-exploratoria. La muestra total recopilada para propositos del estudio fue de 103 participantes. Se utilizaron encuestas digitales y fisicas para recopilar los datos. El analisis de los datos presento que existen varios factores que influyen en la intencion empresarial.

520 $a For years immigration has been a topic of interest. Immigration is the representation of culturally different minorities that in turn impact the economy of the receiving countries. These movements have caused changes in the demographic and economic composition of the countries as they receive citizens with different attitudes, knowledge and intentions from each other. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that influence the entrepreneurial intention of immigrants using as a theoretical basis the theory of planned behavior, taking into account the regulatory environment, culture, influence of other immigrants, subjective norm, attitudes and motivational factors. and perceived control of behavior. This research is a quantitative-exploratory one. The total sample collected for the purposes of the study was 103 participants. Digital and physical surveys were used to collect the data. The data analysis showed that there are several factors that influence business intent.
