The thesis proposal here presented works on the needs of the Russian-Ukrainian community in search of helping them to face the many requirements to achieve in order to live in the United States of America. This paper seeks to provide an educational tool that helps to smooth the adaptation process of new residents with a low level of proficiency in the English language. The learning guide proposed can be adapted and use to teach any ESL with different cultural backgrounds.
