This non-experimental study examined the relationships between the Principals' Transformational Leadership and Teacher Commitment for Research Area One and the Principals' Transformational Leadership and School Climate for Research Area Two. The study consisted of a convenience snowball sample from a population of 981 participants. Data was collected over a one-and-a-half-month period and yielded 114 completed responses (N = 114). Teachers completed the online instrument via Qualtrics Survey®. Teachers were asked to rate their principals' Transformational Leadership style using the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire-5X (MLQ-5X). Teachers self-rated Teacher Commitment using the Three-Component Model Employee Commitment Survey Revised (TCM-R) and self-rated School Climate using the School Climate Inventory Revised (SCI-R). Teachers also completed a researcher made demographic survey consisting of teachers' age, gender, grade level, and tenure. A multiple regression was the analysis of choice used in this study to examine if a statistically significant relationship would emerge between the variables.The study found for Research Area One, that Transformational Leadership (Individual Consideration and Idealized Influence Behavioral) emerged as significant predictors of Teacher Commitment (Affective Commitment and Normative Commitment). For Research Area Two, the study found that Transformational Leadership (Individual Consideration) emerged as a significant predictor of School Climate (Environment, Expectations, Instruction, Leadership, and Order). Transformational Leadership (Idealized Influence Attributed) emerged as a significant predictor of School Climate (Collaboration and Involvement).
