Latina Ventures is a podcast series that provides a platform for Latinas to share their entrepreneurial journeys, challenges, and lessons with the next generation of Latina founders. The first series of Latina Ventures is a podcast based on my experience and journey starting the online bakery, Dulceology.In this series, I share "bite-sized" lessons behind the journey, the inspiration, the successes, and the challenges of navigating startup culture as a Latina. For the past 12 months, I have been documenting the activities, processes, and strategies I have taken to open our first storefront bakery in Baltimore, MD. The title for the initial series is called: The Dulceology Story and Startup Guide. The initial series is made up of 6 episodes that offers insight into the planning, work, and hours required in the first year of business. By sharing my startup story and lessons, my goal is to invite other Latinas to also share their stories so that together we can raise stronger Latina Ventures.
