As society's awareness of the significance of mental and physical health continues to rise, speculations to what this may entail for organizations increases. Often, wellness programs have shown to benefit an organization's overall success. However, specific studies on their effects on organizational commitment and employee engagement are lacking. It is in the intent of this thesis to explore potential correlations among wellness programs, organizational commitment, and employee engagement. This study was conducted with participants 18 and over that work a minimum of 32 hours weekly in one organization. An online survey format created using SurveyMonkey was incorporated in order to ensure a maximum number of results. The findings of this research show that wellness programs are positively correlated with both employee engagement and organizational commitment.
