The problem addressed in the proposed study was the requirements EIS specialists need to improve user's acceptance of SWES has not yet been identified. SWES users are showing widespread opposition for this technology because of negative economic influences, environmental impacts, safety impacts, visual influences, wildlife impacts, and auditory impacts. As a conceptual framework, the phenomenological design allowed the researcher to illustrate the human experience of the participants based on their description. Purposeful sampling was used, consisting of 10 participants from an estimated population of 500 individuals within Colorado. The interviewee's initial contact was through LinkedIn with the interview conducted online via Zoom. The data collecting strategy consisted of semi-structured interviews with the presentation standardized to certify that the interviewer covers the right material. The data coding procedure searched for the most descriptive wording within the replies and grouped them into categories. The collected data structured by indicated themes reinforced the 6 major themes that corresponded to the formulated meanings.1.Environmental Impacts - SWES presents mostly a positive environmental impact on their environment.2.Safety Impacts - SWES presents mostly a positive safety impact on their environment.3.Auditory Impacts - SWES presents mostly a negative auditory impact on their population.4.Wildlife Influence - SWES presents a mostly positive influence on their wildlife.5.Visual Influence - SWES presents mostly negative visual influence on their environment.6.Economic Influence - SWES presents a mostly positive influence on their economics. Keywords: Business Intelligence, Decentralized Energy Systems, Dynamic Strategic Fit, Energy Intelligence, Small Wind Energy Systems.
