The theoretical foundations were: Psychological Resilience, Leader Self-efficacy, and Asian Balancing Cultures Model. Data collection comprised an integrated survey to assess psychological resilience, leader self-efficacy and demographic questionnaire. Data analysis entailed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. After synthesizing the results across the research questions the resultant themes included: Leverage knowledge to realize opportunities and goals.; Win-win philosophy: Adapt to change to achieve goals and leverage opportunities faster than others; Create a spiritual culture focused on serving the Abstract greater good; Act by inspiring others to achieve excellence; Leverage strategies and leadership through a strong culture to ensure ongoing performance and success; Employ the golden rule with the stakeholders; Be a gentle warrior; and Collaborate with others to learn and apply new solutions. Based on the conclusions of this study, the researcher identified recommendations for future research to assist current and aspiring leaders not only Asian-Americans but leaders in general.
