This phenomenological dissertation explores the perceived experiences of early childhood educators' learning mindfulness-based pedagogical mediums. Based on current social emotional learning literature, a mindfulness-based intervention was introduced to a sample of early childhood classroom. Participating teachers' experience of learning this intervention is documented and implications for counselor and educators are discussed.
