Hispanic high school students dropping out of school before completion has received nationwide attention. Due to the influx of Hispanic population in America, educators and policymakers are working to find solutions to help Hispanic students stay in school until completion.. Parent involvement programs are very beneficial to high school students. Director had no data on how effective the program is working. The purpose of this qualitative single case study was to determine if the Hispanic parent involvement program is helping parents' with their child's completion of high school. The data may help to inform policymakers, educators and Hispanic community seek to meet the needs of Hispanic students. Research questions were utilized to provide a rich understanding into the experiences of Hispanic parents involved in a parent involvement program occurring in Santa Maria, California. Data were gathered from multiple sources, and analyzed to answer two research questions. The research was designed to determine if the parent involvement program is working in regards to high school completion of school. The research purpose was met by collecting and analyzing data from interviews and pertinent documents. A significant theoretical understanding through prior research guided this study purported that parents' involvement in in their child's schooling might result in their child's completion of school. Participants' and experiences with the parent involvement program shared very similar responses, irrespective of education levels, socio-economic status and levels of effective communication. Major finding revealed participants felt the FBSM parent involvement program is effective. The participants indicated through the skills and tools provided by the program, the results the participants have seen are positive. The participants overall consensus is they felt because they were involved in the program their child who was at risk for dropping out of school will now graduate from high school. Participants also indicated they are happy with the program and the worth it has provided to them is priceless. The implications of the findings for research question one suggests educational leaders need to increase their support in providing Hispanic parents with the knowledge and skills, to improve understanding of the importance in parent involvement to effectively aide their children to completion of high school. It was recommended that the school and school district leaders provide parents with the opportunity to have influence in their child's schooling by having input in the content, design, and delivery of the parent involvement programs to implement in their child's schooling effectively. School and district leaders may consider encouraging Hispanic parents to participate in the planning of their parent involvement programs to ensure greater success in their child's completion of school (Sosa & Gomez, 2012). It is strongly recommended that school and school district leaders determine the levels of knowledge and understanding through a needs-based assessment before designing the parent involvement programs and training, and base these programs and training on the needs of parents.
