This study analyzes factors that influence satisfaction of fans at Division II basketball games. Fans at Indiana University of Pennsylvania men's and women's basketball games were randomly approached and asked to answer a Likert-scale questionnaire about their experiences during games. The study used a survey from Wakefield and Sloan's 1995 research.

The study used a survey from Wakefield and Sloan's 1995 research.
520 $a Ordered logistic regression was used to compute the results using R and the ggplot2 package. There were no statistically significant differences found between gender. Statistically significant results were more likely to be found from the responses of seniors than any other group. Juniors were also found to have responses related to the six dimensions produce statistically significant results. An odds ratio was calculated for the significant results to find the probability of changing a satisfaction level.
